Visitor reception, from request to check-out

Register a visitor and a host, request a timed visit, then obtain approval. A host conflict check prevents overlapping approved or checked-in visits. Reception records check-in and check-out explicitly. An approved visit can produce a branded system-signed pass with a QR entry that shows minimal current approval information. This is an in-house software demonstration using fictional data; it does not operate physical access hardware.
